Go to the Settings page by clicking on the Settings link in the top navigation after logging in.
Can I connect with any other accounting software?
Unfortunately, not at the moment, but in the future, we'll link with a few others. Check back please.
Account Questions
How much does Remittance-Advice.com cost?
Just $14.99/account/month after your free trial ends. You can add unlimited team members to your account at no additional cost.
Can I cancel?
We'll be sad to see you go, but you can cancel at any time. Just email us at help@remittance-advice.com and let us know. You won't be charged again.
Can I try it before subscribing?
Of course! Once you sign up, you'll receive a 30 day free trial, no credit card required. If you decide to continue using the software, just enter a credit card from the settings page.
How can I change my password?
You can change your password from the settings page.
How can I update my payment method?
You can update your payment method by going to the settings page from the top navigation and clicking on the link for Change my Credit Card.
Team Management
How do I add team members to my account?
You can invite team members from the Settings page after logging in. Click on "Team Members" and enter their email address. They'll receive an invitation to create their own login and join your account.
Is there an extra charge for additional users?
No. Your $14.99/account/month subscription includes unlimited team members at no additional cost. Everyone on your team can send remittance advice from the same QuickBooks Online data.
Can I remove a team member?
Yes. Account administrators can remove team members at any time from the Settings page. Removed users will immediately lose access to the account.
